HALL EFFECT THRUSTER

ASPEN's current project is to design a relatively low-cost and low-power hall effect thruster. Started in Fall 2025, ASPEN is in the early stages of designing and building the hall-effect thruster. The project is currently in the post-Preliminary Design Review phase, as the team refines its design and prepares to begin manufacturing and testing. We hope to have a first iteration of the thruster done and ready to test by December 2026.
